The beautiful Payton design in McCaffrey Homes' Braden Court community has been honored with a prestigious award by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Competing with other homebuilders across the country, McCaffrey has won a Nationals Silver Award for Architectural Design for its two-story, four bedroom Payton design.

The Nationals Awards are presented by the NAHB Sales and Marketing Council, and are the nation's largest competition for new-home sales and marketing professionals and communities. Winners are selected by a nationwide panel of industry professionals from a field of more than 800 entries.

This is the fifth consecutive year that McCaffrey has earned top Nationals awards from the NAHB. It is also the second consecutive year that McCaffrey's Payton plan has been received a Nationals Award - last year, it won a Nationals Silver Award for Best Product Design of a Single Family Detached Home.

The Payton is a smart plan design that lives large with stylish architecture, a dramatic volume ceiling at the entry, and a graceful staircase. The open floor plan accommodates the way families live and entertain together with a covered patio for indoor/outdoor living, a private bedroom on the first floor, and a large Owners' Suite plus two more bedrooms on the second floor.
