McCaffrey Homes is thrilled to announce that they’ve won 1st  place for “First Year Quality Construction” in the 2012 Eliant Homebuyers Choice Awards.  More than 68,000 homeowners from over 170 major homebuilders across the U.S. and Canada are surveyed for the Awards. McCaffrey also won 2nd place in “Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals” and 3rd place in “Overall Home Purchase and Ownership Experience.”  The surveys were conducted by Eliant, one of the homebuilding industry’s most respected customer research firms.

This is the third consecutive year that McCaffrey has won Homebuyers' Choice Awards from Eliant. Explaining the value of an award based on the customer experience, Mirman said, "These award winners are not being selected by a panel of industry judges, but have been identified by their customers...the ultimate judges. The builders who ranked high in this survey have every right to be extremely proud of this achievement."
