Think about the importance of home design: does the home have openness and flow of the living spaces, do the room layouts fit your lifestyle, is the home designed with technology that reduces energy and utility costs, are there outdoor living spaces? And of course, does the home fit your budget.

Making it fun to personalize your new home, our Design Studio will inspire your creativity with a wide variety of possibilities. From the flooring to cabinets to the color schemes inside and out, our professional design consultant will help you personalize your home to create that signature style that’s all your own.
Step 4: Made From Scratch!
We’ll keep you in the know, as you’ll receive step-by-step updates on the construction of your new home. You’ll also get to know your home from the inside out as you’ll meet with a McCaffrey construction professional for a guided tour of the inner workings of your home and see first hand your home’s energy saving features. So, put on your hard hat and let the excitement begin!
Step 5: We’re getting close!
We’re almost there as your new home is being detailed. You’ll meet with a Community Representative for an overview and detailed explanation of the New Home Orientation Tour, escrow final documents, and receiving your keys. Get ready, as we’re nearly prepared to Welcome You Home!
Step 6: You’re Almost Home!
One of the most exciting times as you complete the path to new home ownership is the New Home Orientation Tour, which is your first look at your recently completed home. A McCaffrey Homes construction professional will conduct a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the operating procedures of the key components of your home as well as review the warranty service procedure.
Step 7: Hold out your hands!
It’s all yours! We’ll hand you the keys to your new home after escrow closes and your Grant Deed is recorded. Welcome Home!
Step 8: We’re still here.
You have the comfort of knowing that McCaffrey Homes will be there for you even after you’ve moved into your new home. As part of our commitment to service, we’ll meet with you for a courtesy 30 day follow up visit and provide a complimentary eleven month touch up.
