With Halloween lurking just around the corner, the McCaffrey Homes team is busily preparing for some dress-up fun. But, shhhh! It's a secret. Part of the excitement of this annual tradition is the big reveal that takes place on Halloween morning when our staff arrives for work dressed up in all sorts of crazy costumes.
Last year, some of the departments decided to come together and dress as part of a theme. The mortgage team cast a spell as the Witches of Oz and the accounting department folks went wild with a Dr. Seuss theme as the Cat in the Hat, along with Thing 1 and Thing 2.
The sales managers enforced merriment by dressing up as cops and robbers. And, Karen & Bob McCaffrey came most suitably and royally attired as the King and Queen.
What a great day! There's no other day during the year when our team can make-believe like kids and live out their imaginations with such creativity.
We marvel. We laugh. And we enjoyed conversation over a potluck feast with a Halloween-inspired menu that included devilishly sweet treats.
Of course, we always have great participation for our Halloween Spooktacular. That's because the McCaffrey Homes team is made up of innovative, willing spirits who love the chance to think and dream, imagine and create.
We are not afraid to experiment and have some fun. We relish the opportunity to explore. And we understand the value we bring together as a team to any task - no matter how big or small.
