“All three houses are within 3/4 miles of one another, which means a 10-minute walk on the trails or a two-minute golf cart ride,” said Tanya Martinez. “We love to run and bike, and this fantastic amenity right outside our door allows us to get outside on paved and dirt trails, to mix it up!”

We asked each of the families a few questions about their experiences living in the Tesoro Viejo community, and why they chose their beautiful homes. Here’s what they had to say:

Q: Why did you choose a new McCaffrey Home?

A: Barton - The floor plan worked perfectly for our stage of life, and the price point was affordable. We found building a new home with our personalizations to be a better value than other options.

A: Martinez  - McCaffrey Homes offered us a beautiful home in a beautiful location! The Ivy collection offered view lots, which appealed greatly to us. Our home is perfectly positioned to see both sunrises and sunsets. We’re so glad the house has many windows to let in natural light throughout the whole day.

A: Garza - McCaffrey Homes has a great reputation and the vision they brought to the Tesoro Viejo community drew us in.

Q: Why did you choose your particular floor plan?

A: Barton - We love our house being a two-story design because we like that downstairs is for entertaining, and our upstairs is just the bedrooms.

A: Martinez - The option for a multi-gen suite because it gives the house flexibility over time, and that every bedroom has its own bathroom

A: Garza - We love the wide, roomy hallway and that the primary bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms

Q: What is your favorite feature in your McCaffrey Home and why?

A: Barton - Having our laundry room upstairs! It’s awesome to have the laundry so close to all the bedrooms.

A: Martinez - Our view lot and open concept. It allows the whole family to be together all at once.

A: Garza - The large covered patio is our favorite because we love being outside and hosting our family.
