Blue Oaks Model Recognized for Best Interior Merchandising
McCaffrey Homes received a Gold Nugget Award of Merit for Best
Interior Merchandising of a Model Home under $500K for its Blue Oak
model home in Tesoro Viejo. The prestigious awards recognize the most
exciting trends in design, planning and building and are selected by a
panel of top industry experts who reviewed more than 575 entries from
around the world.
“Gold Nugget Award winners reflect our industry’s best, brightest and
most innovative architects, planners and builder/developers,” said Lisa
Parrish, judging chairperson and Gold Nugget ceremonies administrator.
Now in its 57th year, Gold Nugget Awards is the largest and most
prestigious competition of its kind in the nation. It honors design and
planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing,
site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty
housing categories.
“This is a significant honor to be recognized by our industry peers,”
said Ash Knowlton, president of construction for McCaffrey Homes.
“McCaffrey Homes takes pride in responding to the lifestyle needs of our
homebuyers with a spirit of innovation and beautiful interiors.”
The Blue Oaks model home is in the McCaffrey Homes’ Oaks Collection at Tesoro Viejo,
the newest award-winning, master-planned community in Madera County.
Located in the first residential village of Hillside Village, the model
was awarded for best interior merchandising for a home under $500,000.
The Oaks Collection by McCaffrey Homes sets a new standard for
sophisticated living. The collection was designed to accommodate the
entertaining lifestyle with large kitchen islands, Bosch kitchen
appliances, tile plank floors, granite counters with full tile
backsplash, beverage refrigerators, and an optional wine storage. The
popular California Room extends the living area for entertaining
outdoors.
Tesoro Viejo is a 1,600-acre master-planned community in the heart of
Madera County’s planned growth area in Central California’s
southeastern Madera County. The community includes nearly 200 acres of
permanently preserved natural open spaces plus an additional 200 acres
or more of neighborhood parks, recreational areas and miles of trails
that will connect to the San Joaquin River. It is a complete community
with a mix of residences, employment, recreation and commercial uses
literally making Tesoro Viejo a place where residents can live, work,
and play.
