The McCaffrey Group, a leading homebuilder and land developer within Central California, has honored two valued employees for fifteen years of service. Shelle Hartmann, director of sales and events at Tesoro Viejo, master-planned community, and Janice Tognotti, a senior new home sales associate, have each completed fifteen years of service for the company. 

McCaffrey Homes is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of its 11 new model homes, in three distinct new home collections at Tesoro Viejo, an award winning resort-style planned community in Madera. 

McCaffrey Homes officially celebrated the start of construction for their new Savanna model homes on July 28^th in Creekside Village at Tesoro Viejo.  Creekside Village is the newest residential village in Tesoro Viejo, Madera’s award-winning master-planned community.  The Savanna model homes in the new location of Creekside Village are projected to be completed in early 2023.   

For Sheryl O’Neal, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people into homeownership.  She is celebrating 10 years in sales with McCaffrey Homes and currently serves as one of the community representatives for McCaffrey Homes’ popular Ivy collection at Tesoro Viejo, Madera County’s newest, award-winning master planned community.

McCaffrey Homes has received the honor of being selected as the 2021 Best Builder by the readers of Central Valley Luxury Magazine (CVLUX).  This is the fourth year in a row that McCaffrey Homes has been recognized as Best Builder by CVLUX Luxury Awards.

McCaffrey Homes received a Gold Nugget Award of Merit for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home under $500K for its Blue Oak model home in Tesoro Viejo.  

The awards were received in a wide variety of categories including First Year Quality, Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals, Purchase Experience, Design Experience, and First Year Customer Service Experience.
