McCaffrey Homes is looking to grow our Construction Team and is currently interviewing for Assistant Superintendents.
Description: Assistant Superintendent to provide onsite coordination of residential construction from foundation to final orientation and move-in; including, coordinating subcontractors, material, equipment; ensuring work is in compliance with plans and specifications, and proceeding on schedule. Assistant Superintendent shall be responsible for construction scheduling, inspections, quality control, SWPPS, site safety, and consistent high level of customer service to all homebuyers/owners.
Required Experience
• Customer Service
• Residential Construction Scheduling & Tract Management
• City or County Building Code & Permits
• Management & Organization Skills
• Computer Knowledge
• Ability to read & understand building plans & specifications
• Valid Driver’s License
