Local homebuilder McCaffrey Homes has been awarded in the 2017 Homebuyers’ Choice Awards for having one of the nation’s highest referral rates from sales at 42 percent. The awards are administered by Eliant, one of the homebuilding industry’s more respected customer research firms that has been surveying buyers of new homes for 33 years. McCaffrey Homes had the 2nd Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals for Large Volume Builders. The winning builders were chosen based on the results of more than 106,000 surveys, which were administered to all recent home owners from over 156 major homebuilders across the U.S.
