McCaffrey Homes officially celebrated the start of construction for their new Savanna model homes on July 28th in Creekside Village at Tesoro Viejo. Creekside Village is the newest residential village in Tesoro Viejo, Madera’s award-winning master-planned community. The Savanna model homes in the new location of Creekside Village are projected to be completed in early 2023.
The Savanna homes were first released in Hillside Village and the first phase has sold out due to popular demand. The second phase in Hillside Village is quickly selling with available homes under construction and ready for move-in later this year.
