The beautiful Payton design in McCaffrey Homes' Braden Court community has been honored with a prestigious award by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Competing with other homebuilders across the country, McCaffrey has won a Nationals Silver Award for Architectural Design for its two-story, four bedroom Payton design.

The Nationals Awards are presented by the NAHB Sales and Marketing Council, and are the nation's largest competition for new-home sales and marketing professionals and communities. Winners are selected by a nationwide panel of industry professionals from a field of more than 800 entries.

This is the fifth consecutive year that McCaffrey has earned top Nationals awards from the NAHB. It is also the second consecutive year that McCaffrey's Payton plan has been received a Nationals Award - last year, it won a Nationals Silver Award for Best Product Design of a Single Family Detached Home.

The Payton is a smart plan design that lives large with stylish architecture, a dramatic volume ceiling at the entry, and a graceful staircase. The open floor plan accommodates the way families live and entertain together with a covered patio for indoor/outdoor living, a private bedroom on the first floor, and a large Owners' Suite plus two more bedrooms on the second floor.

There are no homeowners' association dues in the Braden Court neighborhood, which is located in Clovis's Loma Vista community, a 3,300-acre master-planned urban village with 20 miles of planned walking and cycling trails and three neighborhood parks. Braden Court offers single and two-story plans ranging from 1,215 to 1,883 square feet, with up to four bedrooms at prices starting from $204,990.

Home buyers have the choice of four spacious floor plans and can choose from a wide range of interior features to personalize their own living area. Homes include granite kitchen islands and countertops; beech cabinets; and ceramic tile floors in the entryway, kitchen, breakfast nook, baths, and laundry. The attractive exteriors feature a choice of three styles with dramatic Italian, French and Craftsman architecture accented with brick and stone.

For three generations, McCaffrey Homes has been exceeding homeowners' expectations with award-winning designs and included features, quality, and service. The survey was conducted by Eliant, the nation's foremost consumer research company catering exclusively to the new home industry.
